Refund Policy

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you prefer, we can issue store credit that never expires.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of inspection
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear in your account
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:
- Item is returned with missing components
- Item shows additional wear or damage beyond original condition
- Packaging is missing or significantly damaged (when original packaging was provided)
Non-Refundable Items & Costs
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Items damaged by the customer after receipt
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Return shipping costs for buyer's remorse (changed mind)
Store Credit
If you prefer store credit instead of a refund to your payment method:
- Request store credit when initiating your return
- Store credit is issued within 2-3 business days of return receipt
- Store credit never expires
- Store credit can be used on any future purchase
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a refund:
- Email admin@shopedk.com with your order number and details of the dispute
- We will respond within 24-48 business hours
- We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days
