Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition as when received
• In original packaging, if provided
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Items damaged by the customer after delivery
• Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at admin@shopedk.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions
3. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns
4. Pack the item securely and ship using the provided label

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged for returns in eligible condition.

As-Is Disclaimer

All items from Echoes of a Dusty Key are sold as-is. This means vintage and antique items may show signs of age-appropriate wear, which does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

Returns are accepted when an item is significantly misrepresented, including:

• Major damage not disclosed in the listing
• Item received is completely different from what was ordered
• Missing components that were stated as included
